Outpatient ServicesOutpatient therapy is designed to address a wide array of non-emergency mental health concerns. Outpatient therapy is provided by licensed mental health professionals and/or a psychiatrist. Treatment may include individual therapy, family therapy or other specialized interventions. Outpatient therapy generally occurs 1-2 hours per week, no more than twice per week, although intensity can vary according to the individual's needs. Duration of treatment depends on treatment goals agreed mutually between the patient and clinician. Program DetailsValle Vista Health System offers 1:1 counseling for individuals and families. These services are available for ages 12 and above. In addition to traditional outpatient services, the facility provides psychiatric med management.
